I have always considered myself a writer. I graduated from college with a BA. in English but back then the options were more limited. I couldn't see myself writing a novel or working for a newspaper. I got a job in fintech and while my main focus was not writing, I was able to dabble in technical documentation, marketing copy, and email campaigns. Finally, I decided to return to my writing roots and make it the focus of my career.
I have been a guest blogger for brands like Webflow, written essays for online publications such as The Manifest-Station and Still Standing Magazine, and write for several Medium publications. You can read select published work here.
I am a contributing editor at BankBeat magazine. My monthly column, "Practical Application," focuses on technology tips and trends for community bankers. I also write editorial features that involve interviews with bankers and fintech vendors. You can read my latest work here.
